Job Description

Banyan Air Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our aviation support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our traveling customers, passengers, and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to customers, including fuel orders, aircraft online times, and catering arrangements.
  • Make hotel and car rental reservations, and provide verbal and/or written directions as needed.
  • Handle aircraft and private vehicle keys, and maintain accurate records.
  • Enter data related to invoicing and payment processing.
  • Maintain the appearance of the FBO, including general cleaning and stocking the pilot and passenger area with coffee, water, and other items.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on projects.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with the ability to bend, twist, and squat while performing job duties.
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing work hours, variable schedules, and weekend work as required.
