Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working properly and the facility is safe and clean.
  • Safety Inspections: Participate in regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with the Facility Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business and work a flexible schedule as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to routinely bend to lift over 20 lbs and work in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Skills: Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
Compensation

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and paying up to $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
