Position Overview

The Facility Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our club. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Facility Operations Manager to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our members. This role requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety checks and repairs to ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in safety training and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with the Facility Operations Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
Compensation
This is an hourly position with a starting wage of $17.75 and a maximum wage of $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
