Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our supply chain and order fulfillment processes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EDI order workflows and OTIF rates with retail partners
  • Monitor Ecommerce order fulfillment and ensure timely turnaround of DTC orders
  • Oversee rapid channel and product line expansion and building of new distribution relationships
  • Assist finance with invoicing and investigating and disputing retailer chargebacks
  • Manage inventory levels between fulfillment centers
  • Manage Amazon FBA inventory, DTC inventory, and marketing fulfillment
  • Go-to contact for 3PL partners – lead fulfillment strategy, optimization projects & manage costs to budget
  • Report on key supply chain KPIs & cost metrics such as OTIF, fulfillment cost, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Supply Chain & Operations experience in the CPG industry, with a solid understanding of Retail, DTC, and 3PL fulfillment operations
  • Some experience in Food & Beverage preferred
  • Capable of handling the challenges of managing multiple product lines and customers across different fulfillment channels
  • Proven in a startup environment; versatile, comfortable with a fast pace, and able to operate autonomously
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with supply chain partners
  • Process-oriented mindset with the capability to identify issues, develop scalable solutions, and implement them
  • Great at excel, and have some experience in SPS Commerce and an ERP system or two
  • Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to tackle whatever comes up
  • Curious to learn, likely to innovate, and willing to challenge existing norms
  • An aspiring leader in Operations who wants to accelerate their career
  • Someone who goes above and beyond, and wants a company that invests in them commensurately
  • Excited about building a disruptive brand in baking and willing to take on new challenges
