Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue in a corporate law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans to support the Media & Entertainment Practice Group
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Provide market intelligence and analysis to inform business development and marketing strategies
- Support the practice's key client efforts and work with colleagues to ensure the identification, development, and growth of high-value services to key clients
- Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities related to the Media & Entertainment practice
- Work with the Business Development Digital Marketing and Social Media teams to drive content-driven campaign strategy
- Help practice group leaders manage relevant business development budgets
- Collaborate with PR & Communications on profile-raising efforts for the Media & Entertainment team
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, law, or business
- At least 7 years of marketing professional experience
- Experience supporting Media & Entertainment practice group
- Management experience in a corporate law firm setting or relevant industry setting
- Knowledge of technologies, developments, trends, and literature related to legal and professional services marketing fields
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document management, and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading
- Strong editing and research skills, along with the ability to turn data into useful deliverables
- Solid understanding of the needs and expectations of law firm operations and corporate legal clients
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, procedures, concepts, and practical applications
- Fundamental knowledge of networking and relationship management
- Proficiency in team building, management, and leadership skills
