Job Title: Business Development Manager

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Ocean Freight/Trucking industry. As a key member of our fast-growing team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Business Development/Sales Manager position
  • Proven track record of success in the Ocean/Drayage/Port industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
