We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT service desk, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Advanced technical abilities, including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations
