We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems, including account setup and network configuration
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their technical needs
- Tracking and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Escalating unresolved issues to internal teams as necessary
- Providing accurate and timely feedback to clients
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical support role
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and laptop hardware and peripherals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
