We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems, including account setup and network configuration
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their technical needs
  • Tracking and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Escalating unresolved issues to internal teams as necessary
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and laptop hardware and peripherals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
