Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Expand Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Technology Services Distributors to increase sales and market share while maintaining profitability.
  • Create and Drive Business Plans: Collaborate with Technology Services Distributors to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Streamline Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Improve and expand new partner recruitment and onboarding processes through assigned Technology Services Distributors.
  • Individual Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development to Technology Services Distributor teams.
  • Develop Best Practices and Training: Create and deliver training programs to Technology Services Distributors on partner recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for Technology Services Distributor partners.
  • Analyze Campaign Analytics: Analyze sales and marketing campaign analytics to determine programmatic success.
  • Grow Mindshare and Awareness: Create programs and drive activities to grow mindshare and increase awareness with new Technology Services Distributors and partners' sales teams.
  • Provide Day-to-Day Support: Offer day-to-day support for Technology Services Distributors to help them sell, implement, and support RingCentral's services.
Desired Qualifications
  • Successful Track Record: Proven track record in growing Partner revenues.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with and influence executive-level decision makers.
