About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Formstack. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support, guidance, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring seamless implementations and successful adoption of our platform.
  • Account Management: Work closely with existing accounts to identify opportunities for growth, optimize their use of our platform, and develop tailored success plans to drive customer outcomes.
  • Success Planning: Develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to identify potential churn signals, address customer concerns, and enhance customer retention.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate, driving industry best practices and the evolution of our products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts, including churn and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English: Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a software company.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of online software (SaaS) products and services, broadly defined.
  • Skills: Great communication, account management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
