We are in search of a distinguished Partner to become a vital part of Centri Business Consulting, recognized as the premier CPA firm in the United States. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional consulting services, characterized by reliability and attentiveness to our clients' needs. Our primary areas of expertise include financial reporting, internal controls, valuation services, technical accounting research, as well as CFO and HR Advisory services. We strategically select team members with the necessary skills to integrate smoothly into our clients' operations.

In this pivotal role, you will exemplify superior client service and provide valuable mentorship to team members, facilitating their technical and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of the Advisory division by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's mission and vision, consistently maintaining our dedication to being a trusted partner for our clients.
  • Enhance the Centri Brand through innovative practices and by embracing our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Establish national partnerships to broaden the reach of the Centri Brand, promoting business development and revenue generation for the Firm.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects within the Accounting Advisory division, providing clients with expert technical accounting and financial or business advisory services.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex accounting principles to support company initiatives, utilizing internal knowledge sharing and panel discussions for professional development.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality client service that exceeds client expectations, which includes coordinating the development and execution of consulting plans and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate directly with company experts on intricate accounting matters.
  • Ensure that the engagement team has a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • An active CPA license is mandatory.
  • 15+ years of relevant accounting experience; prior experience in public accounting or professional services is highly regarded.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of desk work and computer usage are expected.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
