Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Northern Colorado. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with customers, and executing business objectives that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory of Hydrafacial customers, providing business development and marketing support to help them succeed with our award-winning product.
  • Collaborate with Regional Training Specialists and Capital Sales Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute individual account business plans to drive growth through strategic positioning, menu planning, and in-office pull-through initiatives.
  • Provide full office training and support, including patient consultation, coaching, and front desk training.
  • Conduct Re-Imagine field programs to drive utilization through advanced tactical strategies.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Hydrafacial to reinforce customer decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Plan and book consistent and approved travel throughout the territory to drive business and meet with customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of account management experience selling into the aesthetics market.
  • Proven track record of success in helping medical practices or med-spas build a business around products.
  • Ability to manage creation of tools, processes, and programs to drive patient volume at an owner-operated business level.
  • Demonstrated high levels of clinical, sales, and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
