Role Overview: The Superintendent 1 (Area) is tasked with overseeing field operations for designated project areas. This role ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, profitably, and ethically, adhering to contract specifications, design requirements, budget constraints, and timelines. The Superintendent directly supervises field labor teams and Assistant Superintendents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in construction
  • At least 2 years serving as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
  • 2+ years of successful leadership in smaller fit-out projects or specific areas of larger construction projects
  • Experience in managing change orders and ticket processes for 2+ years
  • Proven oversight of subcontractors for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience with schedule updates and forward-looking schedules for at least 2 years
  • Ability to interpret and execute plans and specifications for 2+ years
