Role Summary:

The Site Construction Supervisor will manage on-site construction processes for designated communities, ensuring that every stage of development is executed with superior craftsmanship and a focus on client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include scheduling coordination, work inspections, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor activities and material deliveries to align with project timelines
  • Serve as a communication bridge between operational teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Perform inspections to guarantee quality assurance and adherence to project specifications
  • Address client service concerns during various construction phases
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce safety regulations
Qualifications:
