Role Overview: The Superintendent 1 (Area) will oversee field operations for designated project areas. This position ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, profitably, and ethically, adhering to contract specifications, design, budget, and timelines. The Superintendent will directly manage field labor teams and Assistant Superintendents.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience
  • At least 2 years serving as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
  • 2+ years of successful leadership in smaller fit-out projects or segments of larger construction endeavors
  • Experience in managing change orders and ticket processes for over 2 years
  • 2+ years of oversight experience with subcontractors
  • Proficient in schedule management and updates for over 2 years
  • Ability to interpret and execute plans and specifications for at least 2 years
