Job SummaryThe Sales Manager, Global Accounts is responsible for maximizing Amprius Technologies' market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts. This role reports to the VP of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements and engagement.
- Represent Amprius Technologies at industry events and conferences as needed.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in an electronic-related or technical industry.
- Experience interfacing with OEMs and/or Tier-One customers/suppliers.
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional teams and execute strategies.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Experience with sales analytics and data collection.
- Experience in project management or consulting.
- Experience in manufacturing sales.
- Experience in sales data collection and analysis.
- Marketing and market planning knowledge.
- Knowledge of target-market industries.
- Frequent domestic and infrequent international travel.
- On-site work in Fremont, CA.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
