Job Summary
Molex is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Optical Solutions business and drive revenue growth in the telecommunications and hyperscale data center industry. As a key member of our Global Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing large, key customers and developing strategic relationships to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow assigned customer revenue to support corporate global sales targets
- Manage customer satisfaction and cultivate relationships across all levels of assigned accounts
- Create new opportunity pipelines for existing and new products
- Execute and close on current pipeline opportunities
- Provide reliable forecasts to support operational success
- Partner closely with internal optical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Product Management
- Experience serving customers in telecommunications or data communications industry
