Job Summary

Molex is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Optical Solutions business and drive revenue growth in the telecommunications and hyperscale data center industry. As a key member of our Global Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing large, key customers and developing strategic relationships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow assigned customer revenue to support corporate global sales targets
  • Manage customer satisfaction and cultivate relationships across all levels of assigned accounts
  • Create new opportunity pipelines for existing and new products
  • Execute and close on current pipeline opportunities
  • Provide reliable forecasts to support operational success
  • Partner closely with internal optical teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Product Management
  • Experience serving customers in telecommunications or data communications industry
