Job Title: Activation Development Lead
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing solutions and activations to drive business growth and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences and memorable events.
  • Mentor and guide direct reports to ensure their success and growth within the company.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, sponsorship, sales, strategic partnerships, or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop and/or Illustrator; proficiency in graphic design is highly desirable.
