We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Director in our New York City office. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, foster relationships, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fundraising initiatives and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective program delivery.
  • Advocate for educational equity, leveraging expertise to inform policy and practice.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization.
  • Proven success in leading and managing high-performing organizations, business units, or teams.
  • Strong fundraising experience, with a track record of securing funds from diverse sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate commitment to educational equity and the mission of Bottom Line.

Salary Range:$175,000 - $220,000 per year.
