Senior Flavor Sales Business Development Manager

The role of a Senior Flavor Sales Business Development Manager at Jobot is to drive the growth and expansion of our unique flavor portfolio in the manufacturing industry. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a passion for flavors, food, and beverages who can establish relationships with new and existing customers, develop effective sales strategies, and provide product presentations and demonstrations.
About UsJobot is an established but growing flavor company seeking an experienced sales hunter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food, beverage, or flavor manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory or segment.
- Identify and target potential new customers for our unique flavor offerings and work to convert them into long-term clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the unique selling points of our flavors.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to stay updated on new product developments and offerings.
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote our flavor portfolio.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and report on sales activity and performance.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- A competitive salary of $150,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission percentage on both existing business and new business.
- Profit sharing program.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food, beverage, or flavor manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and participate in industry events.
