Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound targeted marketing campaigns and account mining.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Built relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
