**Become a vital part of our Pizza Lucé team, where we craft and deliver Minnesota's finest pizzas in a vibrant and distinctive setting.**

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the management team at your location. In your role as the acting manager, you will guide the staff to ensure exceptional service and a friendly environment for our patrons. Supervisors typically alternate between supervisory duties and their regular roles (e.g., Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as supervisors generally cover 1-2 closing shifts weekly, along with additional supervisory shifts to accommodate manager absences, events, and meetings.

This position is an active, hands-on role within the management team, offering you excellent opportunities to enhance your skills and progress towards a management training role (RM or KM) with Pizza Lucé.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO US**

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A passion for food quality and guest satisfaction.

Established positive relationships with staff, customers, and management.

1+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, demonstrating knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.

1+ years of supervisory experience is preferred (including experience in other companies or industries).
