Culinary Operations Leader - Eagan, MN

Position Overview:

In this position, you will oversee the culinary and food service operations, ensuring excellence in meal preparation and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive management of culinary operations, including inventory oversight, procurement, and receiving.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of P&L accountability and experience in contract-managed services.
  • Expertise in menu design, cost management, purchasing, and inventory control, with an emphasis on sourcing local ingredients.
  • A commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • A solid understanding of HACCP principles.
  • A minimum of three years in culinary management within contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant environments, with a focus on inventory and purchasing management.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, emphasizing quality, production, sanitation, food cost management, and presentation.
  • Experience in exposition cooking.
  • ServSafe certification is advantageous.
