Join Our Team as a Culinary Operations Leader

As a key player in the Culinary Department, you will oversee the efficient functioning of our food service operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen activities, including the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals. Your culinary expertise will contribute to menu development and the execution of catering services, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing food costs and controlling expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and implement innovative menus.
  • Oversee the execution of catering events, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Implement new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Progressive experience in culinary or kitchen management.
  • Experience in high-volume food service operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food trends, quality control, and sanitation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
