Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, scheduling appointments, and collecting demographic and insurance information. This is a part-time role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service through telephonic and digital communication
  • Schedule appointments and collect demographic and insurance information
  • Verify insurance and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in mandatory training and stay up-to-date on process changes
  • Proactively partner with leadership to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • 1+ years' customer service or patient service experience
  • 6+ months' experience in a front-line Contact Center or Healthcare setting
  • Fluent oral Spanish and English skills
  • Strong reading and writing English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service attitude
  • Proactive with the ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to de-escalate stressful situations
  • Team player with strong personal accountability and sense of urgency
