About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Representative role is a critical position within the Enterprise Sales team, driving the success of the team and the company in achieving Enterprise and Suite revenue goals. This role will be responsible for owning transactions and supporting the team towards operational excellence.

As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with an Enterprise Sales Manager, providing day-to-day support in drafting proposals, validating space availability and pricing, organizing tours, and collecting post-tour feedback. Post-sale, you will support the team with uploading client information into Salesforce to ensure accurate registration in the system. You will also produce financial reports and check invoice payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work towards achieving the company's Enterprise sale goals
  • Support the Enterprise Sales team in reviewing, responding to, and qualifying new Enterprise and Suite leads with cross-functional partners
  • Support the Enterprise Sales Regional leads in preparing proposals and pricing options for new Enterprise and Suite opportunities
  • Contacts potential customers through calls, emails, and tours (where applicable)
  • Leads selected Enterprise opportunities through the sales process from qualification to close
  • Involved in and contributes to complex solutioning for Enterprise clients
  • Maintain all opportunity Salesforce data for the Enterprise team
  • Coordinate the client onboarding and handover processes for new clients
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Enterprise to produce team performance reporting
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales and/or client-facing relationship management experience
  • Experience in flexible workplace sales
  • Has successfully supported the sales team in a high-pace environment
  • Has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills with the team and in cross-functional settings
  • Has excellent attention to detail and can produce high-quality deliverables to clients
  • Is extremely organized and can deal with a large volume of tasks
  • Can easily create financial and sales reports in Salesforce
  • Is a power user of Salesforce, Canva, and Excel
  • Is a great team player and contributor
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done where needed
