Job Overview

Unlimited Technology is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and revenue by effectively communicating our range of security solutions and services to potential clients over the phone and generating interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to introduce and educate them about our services and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Maintain and organize a large database of leads and track accurate records of interactions and outcomes, along with timely record logging in our CRM and ERP.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments to meet your weekly target via cold calling to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our company's solutions to provide accurate information to prospects and effectively handle common objections.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets and lead generation targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a BDR or similar role, preferably in the security/IT services industry or college degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing in lieu of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and calm demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of electronic security systems, services, solutions, and technology trends is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and disciplined mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good command over sales CRM software.
