Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to ensure alignment with our strategic goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-potential customers and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with our RVP of Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including skilled nursing, assisted living, subacute, and managed care organizations
• Provide ongoing support and value to customers through products and services, and communicate effectively with other pharmacy team members to uncover leads and resolve customer service concerns
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• Two or more years of prior sales experience background required
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75%
