Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our RVP of Sales to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities, identifying potential partnerships and strategic alliances that align with our company's goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-potential customers, leveraging your knowledge of the healthcare industry and our company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including skilled nursing, assisted living, subacute, and managed care organizations.
- Collaborate with our pharmacy operations team to ensure seamless execution of new account services and transition of account services to pharmacy operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, utilizing this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and approaches.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of prior sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75% of the time.
