We are seeking a National Accounts Associate Manager to enhance our operations.

This position entails collaboration with specialty retailers such as Sephora US, Sephora CA, and Sephora at Kohl's. Key duties include assisting the commercial division, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners, managing sales reporting and product assortment updates, and coordinating with retailers regarding product details, modifications, and event organization. The ideal candidate will excel in building partnerships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate exceptional time management skills.

This role will report to the AVP of National Accounts and offers a competitive salary range.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extract, analyze, and present sales data
  • Oversee product setup documentation and retailer systems
  • Effectively communicate with cross-departmental teams
  • Maintain the retailer activation schedule
  • Manage retail project activities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Supply Chain team
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
  • Maintain assortment files and manage updates in Excel
  • Work with the Creative Team on event initiatives
  • Lead product sampling and event coordination

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail mathematics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and self-sufficient
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
