Job Title: National Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team at Top Candidate Search Group. As a National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify sales potential through statistics and market analysis
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings as required
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of strong sales skills
  • Ability to travel up to and occasionally exceeding 80% weekly travel
  • Project management skills to effectively drive projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge of financial business models and how to conduct analysis
  • Intermediate computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
