About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our Channel Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing partners in your assigned territory. You'll become a subject matter expert on Dialpad and our products, leveraging your expertise to educate, train, and capture mindshare with our partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing partners and recruiting new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory.
- Providing product training, solution demonstrations, and partner portal access to new channel partners.
- Building long-standing relationships with partners and consistently engaging with them to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
- Overseeing and managing the sales funnel to ensure that all opportunities move forward through the sales cycle.
- Working closely with marketing to build partner recruitment webinars and sequences to increase Dialpad brand awareness amongst the partner community.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in channel management and/or technology sales.
- Recent experience working for an emerging tech company.
- A proven methodology to prospect and build a pipeline.
- Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field).
- A proven track record of sustained over-performance against sales quota and pipeline goals.
