Position Overview:
As a key member of our Loan Administration team, you will play a vital role in the management and servicing of various loan products. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of post-closing activities and ongoing loan servicing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute post-closing documentation and review for Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Healthcare, and SBA Loans.
2. Manage amendments and extensions for a diverse range of commercial loans.
3. Oversee ongoing loan servicing activities, including but not limited to advances, paydowns, interest payments, rate adjustments, payoffs, taxes, insurance, collateral management, and collections.
4. Facilitate servicing for agented and participated loans, including handling agented notices for C&I participated loans.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor reconciliation processes, suspense items, and overdue accounts within your assigned portfolio.
7. Track and report on quarterly and monthly fees, including unused line fees and letter of credit charges.
8. Prepare SBA Colson Reporting and respond to related inquiries.
9. Review and validate team members' file maintenance transactions.
10. Conduct departmental proof reconciliations.
11. Coordinate the Annual Tax Escrow Analysis Process.
12. Share servicing knowledge with team members to enhance overall departmental performance.
13. Ensure compliance with all loan servicing documents, policies, and procedures.
14. Lead operational projects and respond to audit requests.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Loan Operations environment.
- Proficient in interpreting Commercial Loan Credit Agreements and Credit Approval Memos.
- Experience in servicing direct, participated, and syndicated commercial loans.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for transaction processing review.
- Knowledge of Loan Operations SOX controls and risk management.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office tools.
- Familiarity with Jack Henry System Silverlake, Synergy, Synergy Capture, Syntraks, and Derivatives Path is advantageous.

Special Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Capacity to read small print and work on a computer for prolonged durations.
