Administrative Support Specialist - Hybrid Role

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience
  • At least three years of experience in site acquisition, commercial property management, or real estate
  • Familiarity with the Telecom sector or knowledge in Real Estate, property management, lease agreements, contract processing, financial analysis, Excel, Paralegal experience, Site Acquisition Agent, or Leasing Agent is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with FUZE (a key requirement)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One or more years of experience in the Telecom sector, preferably in wireless
  • Experience in legal contract oversight, project management, and construction disciplines with a proactive approach and the capability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities
  • Understanding of legal and financial terminology with the capacity to read and interpret contracts
  • Competence in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and relational/web-based database systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Verify Purchase Orders for correctness
  • Address Match Exceptions and related concerns
  • Request project identifiers for new initiatives

Database Responsibilities:

  • Establish new projects within the database
  • Oversee and rectify database discrepancies

Real Estate Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of agreements and modifications
  • Investigate and resolve rental payment and tax discrepancies related to agreements
  • Generate termination documentation
  • Process ownership transfer requests
  • Address site access challenges
