Position Overview:
The Lease Administration Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of JLL's Lease Administration team by ensuring efficient document management and office assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support in processing real estate lease documentation by verifying the completeness and accuracy of lease packages.
- Scan and upload documents into the designated lease data management system or database.
- Occasionally abstract lease agreements as required.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Schedule of Authorizations by reviewing lease packages.
- Manage the printing, logging, and distribution of lease-related correspondence to associates for further processing.
- Review documents, create bookmarks, and abstract specific clauses according to local practices.
- Collaborate with Client's Business Partners to maintain and update internal non-lease data.
- Work with Client's Business Partners to ensure accurate vendor information for timely payments and billing adjustments.
- Compile and edit data from various sources and perform basic calculations using spreadsheet formulas.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate principles is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
