**Job Title:** Chief Technology Strategist

**Location:** Washington DC

The Health Choice Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on the development, acquisition, implementation, and support of technology across the organization.

In this role, you will partner with management and key stakeholders to align company information technology with our strategic direction and build technology organization processes and procedures to support business needs. You will contribute significantly to the success of our organization by ensuring the right scalability for our business and providing technical expertise and ability to assess what technologies and platforms are necessary to achieve our growth plans.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Develops, implements, and maintains the overall technology strategy and architecture for the organization.
  2. Leads the planning, development, and deployment of new technologies and systems to meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of technology initiatives with business strategies.
  4. Analyzes business needs and determines ways to meet those needs through the use of technology.
  5. Provides technical guidance and oversight to ensure that technology solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  6. Leverages industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful technology strategy development and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and/or community health center industry and practices.

The estimated salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
