We are seeking an experienced Chief Enterprise Solution Strategist to join our team at Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC.

This role is part of a growth opportunity providing a suite of services promoting and/or developing the effective use of technology by establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the US Coast Guard (USCG).

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of technical experts and subcontractors in the execution of the contract, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, including the USCG and other key partners.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure successful delivery of the contract.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and full lifecycle support of modernized and legacy systems & applications.
  • Knowledge of Coast Guard IT systems and applications preferred.
  • Experience with managing large government contracts preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
