About the Role

As a Chief Care Strategist at Inspir Embassy Row, LLC, you will develop and execute comprehensive care strategies that prioritize resident well-being and excellence in clinical service delivery. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead clinical training programs to enhance staff competencies and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assess resident, family, and staff needs, developing strategic plans for optimal care delivery and program implementation.
  • Oversee nursing care, ancillary services, provider partnerships, and quality assurance initiatives to drive improved outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address resident needs and promote best practices.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based standards and workflows to ensure efficacy, efficiency, and resident-centered care.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Integrated Care to shape business strategy, operational planning, and budgeting.
About You

To succeed as our Chief Care Strategist, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure in Washington D.C., preferably with advanced degrees or certifications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in senior living, long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or home health care.
  • Familiarity with elder adult populations and complex medical needs, including dementia.
  • Excellent staffing and staffing model expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and analytics tools.
