Job Summary

Capital NYC is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Office Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor
