Administrative Assistant Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at John Knox Village of Florida. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Life Enrichment department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our community
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinate transportation for residents, including scheduling and tracking
* Manage resident records and forms, utilizing various software programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Generate and track work orders, invoices, and inventory
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of project management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Familiarity with Smart Sheet and ability to learn other software programs as needed
* Notary Public certification a plus
