We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Sales Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our sales efforts by processing orders, updating inventory, and interacting with clients.
  • Assist our accounting manager with billing and payment reconciliation.
  • Work with our e-commerce clients to help with orders, questions, and customer service issues.
  • Manage multiple business tasks and help drive sales and smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • A great attitude and personality, strong work ethic, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and manage customer service issues professionally.
  • Experience in sales or sales environments.
  • An interest in sales is a plus.
