  • Leading recruitment efforts to expand our team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading software teams - 5+ years.
  • Expertise in managing the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing established methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools like Pivotal Tracker - 5+ years.
  • Extensive software development experience - 10+ years.
  • Proficiency in C# / .NET - 5+ years.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (preferred) - 5+ years.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
