We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to our mission-driven organization, dedicated to fostering the success of our clients, colleagues, and communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior project engineer, conducting thorough evaluations and alternative analyses to inform project decisions and address complex challenges.
  • Lead and engage in initiatives for significant business opportunities in the region, focusing on relationship development and strategic positioning.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with the Company, strategic partners, and clients to enhance business prospects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate local markets and analyze business opportunities, contributing to regional strategies and identifying key opportunities.
  • Assist Project Managers with technical proposals as project challenges arise with clients, contractors, or regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee and guide the civil technical components throughout each project phase, serving as an internal technical authority.
  • Be accountable for the engineering quality of your work and that of non-licensed engineers and technologists.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
