About the Role

Banko Overhead Doors is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Customer Success Specialist to join our customer care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to management and collaborate with colleagues to find effective solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date on new developments.
  • Provide training and support to new customer service agents to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay organized and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, as needed.
