**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trivest Partners. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process orders and manage customer relationships

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

• Promote our company's products and services through excellent customer service

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

**Requirements:**

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in sales or customer service in a similar industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
