Banko Overhead Doors is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our customer care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate and escalate complex customer complaints or issues that require additional support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to find effective solutions to customer problems.
- Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services, and provide training to new team members as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
