Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and expand our clientele by attracting new referral sources and business partners.
  • Foster and strengthen our current referral relationships with professionals such as insurance agents, property managers, and plumbers through regular office visits and promotional events.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with and promote the company's sales goals.
  • Organize and execute a variety of marketing promotions and contests throughout the year.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records, including notes and tracking of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and promote continuing education classes for insurance agents.
  • Recognize and reward existing referral sources with appreciation events and gifts.
  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence.
  • Oversee the inventory of promotional materials and products.
  • Plan and execute community-focused marketing events, including golf tournaments and charitable activities.
  • Engage in networking opportunities through service organizations and referral groups.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure visibility in digital marketing efforts, including website and social media platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in direct sales and marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Xactimate, and Dash.
  • Familiarity with disaster restoration services is a plus.
  • Competitive, positive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Open to feedback and coaching, with a positive attitude.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
