Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Therapeutic Area Head for Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:

  • PhD or MD in a relevant field (e.g. pharmacology, biochemistry, etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
