Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Culinary Manager to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and nourishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Manage the culinary staff and provide guidance on food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide personalized care and support to our residents
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
