Key Responsibilities- Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to Resident care and services.
- Supervise and assist in the provision of all Resident services, including coordination with independently contracted health care providers.
- Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, evaluation, and discipline of Community Team Members.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
- Coordinate maintenance standards for the Community, Resident units, common areas, and adjacent grounds.
- Manage and direct all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
- High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
- HFA and/or RCA license required.
- Must meet state experience requirements, including licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
- Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience in senior living preferred.
